Operating under new Ownership, the Fox’s Den Restaurant is open year round for golfers, residents, guests and tourists. Awaiting your taste buds is a new menu with an emphasis on purchasing fresh local ingredients whenever possible. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a great view, great food and great service in a pleasant atmosphere inside or during the summer, out on the patio overlooking the golf course and city.
 
Having been in the service industry in excess of 20 years is the new owner Darcy Hendricks. His past experiences include working as an independent business owner as well as a variety of management rolls in private clubs, resort properties and recreational facilities in the lower mainland and Alberta. Darcy came to visit family in Williams Lake a couple of years ago and decided to stay. November 2007 Darcy took over the lease for the Concession at the Cariboo Memorial Complex where he has successfully operated Power Play Concession.
 
Darcy's team includes the culinary expertise of Red Seal Chef, Delynn Armitage, to lead his culinary team. Chef Delynn has over 20 years experience in the food service industry bringing a wealth of knowledge and new ideas to the Foxes Den Restaurant. 
 
Open year round at 11:00am for lunch with a dinner menu starting at 4:00 pm, the Foxes Den Restaurant also offers a great breakfast menu starting at 8:00am on weekends during the golf season. Offering a variety of daily specials, with all of our dishes created in house. The local supplier Darcy has chosen offers hormone free, grass finished Cariboo beef adding enhanced flavour you won't soon forget. The Fox's Den Restaurant is also available for private functions and banquets with plate service or a buffet setting for up to 120 guests.
